Prior to any engagement, we conduct some background research around your organisation, in order to familiarise ourselves with your business, products, competitive position, and go-to-market challenges. Consequently, our sessions are highly productive, and action items from meetings are relevant and results-oriented.
Our approach is both tactical and interactive. We utilise the same proven channel methodology, tools, best-practice processes, and models that we use in our large-scale consulting engagements and channel training workshops.
